One thing that I have learned over the years through training, education, and real life experience is that our clients are our most valuable asset. Hands down, without them… we wouldn’t exist! Sure, in the auto service business you need tools, computers, employees and technicians, training and education, equipment, and yada, yada, yada… But, without clients…what would we do with all of that, stuff!!! So, knowing that our clients are the most important thing to our business, we have made it our goal to make sure that every client we have is completely satisfied. We want you to feel that you have gotten the best possible service, by the best possible technicians, with the best possible parts and the best possible guarantee. This is where the guarantee comes in. So I have already mentioned the best training and the best tools and equipment, what else is there that we could do to make our clients more satisfied…even feel more secure? How about a longer warranty than anyone else in the business? 24 month, 24,000 mile warranty You read that right, we have extended our warranty on our repairs to 24 months and 24,000 miles!!! That’s longer than anyone around! We even have a nationwide warranty available on most repairs… just ask us for the details. You can see, we want to make sure that all of our clients are satisfied with our service, and we back that up! From our friendly trained staff, to the warranty we offer, we want you to be satisfied. Heck, I’ll take this even one more step!!! If we cannot make you happy with the service we perform… I’ll personally give you a $100.00 US savings bond! Ask any dealer if they will do that I hope that I have proved to you here, that we want you to be happy with our service and we have your best interests in mind when servicing your family’s cars. We want you and your family to feel safe in your car or SUV, and also help you to lower your overall ownership cost of your vehicles…. Of course there is some fine print… we don’t like it either, it’s just to keep the lawyers away! Tony and Lenny’s Auto Service warrants its repairs against defects in materials or workmanship for 24 months or 24,000 miles from the date of service. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective materials or workmanship. Of course we work with you in the gray areas. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear such as on tires, wiper blades, brake shoes and pads and other wearable items. (Ask about our lifetime brake pads and Tire Protection Plan) This warranty does not cover towing, damage or modifications by the owner or other auto repair centers, abuse, drag racing, street racing, stunt driving or plain old fooling around like you shouldn’t be. It also does not cover any additional repairs required by failure to bring the car in promptly for service or by driving the car in a damaged condition. This warranty is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is void if repairs are performed at another facility. In RARE occasions a client will ask us to install a lesser quality part, may it be used, or just plain old cheap. We frown against this due to the statistically high failure rate of such components and will warn our clients in such an instance. In a case like this, that is again RARE, we may inform the client of a lesser warranty time and/or mileage due to the lesser quality of the part. In life, you get what you pay for… especially in auto parts!
